Football Games and Yahoo IM

I had to chaperone the football game tonight. It is a part of my extra-curricular supervisions that I have to do each year. The game was Hononegah at Harlem. These two schools are located in neighboring towns and the rivalry is fierce. The sophomore team won and the jury is still out on the varsity game.

I came home to chat with Brian and managed to for a little while. But he blew me off after a bit to go to some student's birthday party. So, here I am crying in my beer, surfing the net, and basically feeling sorry for myself.

EDIT 10:18 : Brian ended up not going to the party because a torrential downpour came through...so, we chatted back and forth on IM for a bit longer. Still feel a bit sorry for myself though. Varsity football team won 18-20.
