Hurricane Rita
My sister, Donna, and her family live in Austin, Texas. Right now they are prepping to leave for vacation in Florida (of all places!). Unfortunately, a lot of "spin-off" from Rita can be expected their way. I told her tonight that she can't control nature, and we would rather have the house in her pool with the family gone than the house in the pool with the family home. Who would have thought all the Colter girls (born and raised in Illinois, or Bunch, - ha, ha) would live in hurricane danger zones? P.S. I have tried and tried to upload images of trajectory, etc. of this storm and blogspot gets stuck....so here are the URLs for anyone interested...

Hey Dusti,
Glad to hear from you. Good luck to your sister(s). It is so scary. Rita is looking like a monster with her 170mph winds!!! It is good that they are escaping. We were watching Philippe but he went north thank god! We have been getting a lot of down pours and my laundry is piling up. Good old Nevis. Haha. Glad to hear you are all doing well, we miss you guys. We're going to the Marriott for 10 days at Christmastime, aren't we lucky! Yaaahooooooo. Talk to you later...Danielle :-)
