Best time yet, but still not under the vaunted 2 hour mark! Grrrr.

It was a hot run today even though it started at 7:30. I got a bit of sunburn, which is unusual since summers on Nevis.

Overall, Brian and I had a wonderful weekend together as hee is busy with his surgical rotation, and I am busy writing Chapter 1-2 of my dissertation.
